That produced this.

Early Thoughts & Jottings.

At first listen I immediatley got a sensation of light melancholia, not the deep depressive kind, but more a resigned ,"that's the way life is" type. This was followed by an image of a damp, misty, autumnal wood; large drops of condensation, moisture heavy in the air, the smell of the leaves, gloomy, but with sunlight in the distance. An elderly gentleman came to mind, walking through the woods, a slight limp, bundled up in his long, heavy overcoat, scarf knotted at his throat and flat cap firmly on his head.

The back and forth bowing of the bass along with stacato notes made me think of a string puppet, those sometimes smooth movements that end with a jerk

Other ideas were hard to generate, but the image of a skull used by a couple of flies as a resting place also sprung to mind. What would they do if a predator attacked, fly away or seek shelter in the eye sockets?
